You never know what might happen on a trip. It’s always best to be prepared. Sometimes it’s a long way to an emergency medical facility, and you will have to handle things yourself. Having a comprehensive first aid kit is one of the best things you can keep with you. This is a good basic list, but you might also want to have a first aid book with you as well, just in case. And, of course, you will want to modify the list for your specific needs.
